Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygienic liner intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address provided.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an item for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll cover the courier costs and make it right.

Please ensure your item is securely packaged - we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, you’ll cover the cost of sending it back to us. Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll cover the cost to ship the new size back to you.

If your exchange is due to a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

The fastest way to secure a new size or colour is to return your item and make a new purchase once your return has been approved.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Include photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.


Hygiene Standards

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the hygienic liner in place.


Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method (Peach Payments, PayFast, etc.) within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the funds.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and inspect your return once it arrives back with us.
