Shipping & Returns

Where we ship from
High Horse orders are shipped from our locations in Cape Town and Johannesburg. We’ll automatically ship from the closest location to you where stock is available, so you get your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping options & timeframes

South Africa – Main Centres (e.g. CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN)

  • Standard door-to-door courier: 2–4 working days

  • Local Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

South Africa – Outlying / Regional Areas

  • Standard door-to-door courier: 3–7 working days

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping fees

  • Standard shipping (SA main centres): R150

  • Local shipping: R99

  • Free shipping: orders over R1400 (South Africa only)

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order processing times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before [cut-off time] are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, new drops, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-orders & out of stock items

For pre-order items (often new bikini drops):

  • The estimated dispatch date will be indicated on the product page.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:

    • Ship together when everything is ready, or

    • Ship separately (additional shipping fees may apply – this will be communicated).

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you with the option of a refund, store credit, or swap.

Shipping outside South Africa

If you’re outside South Africa and would like to order High Horse:

  • Please email hello@highhorseofficial.com or DM us on Instagram @highhorse_official with your country and items you’d like.

  • We’ll quote an international shipping rate and lead time.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect / incomplete address or uncollected parcel, re-shipping costs will be for your account.

  • If you realise you made a mistake, contact us ASAP on [insert email/phone] with your order number – we’ll do our best to update it if the parcel hasn’t left yet.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
